After a targeted training, you will take on the following tasks independently:
- Content Development: You will create high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, white papers, case studies, product documentation, social media, webinars, e-books, and video scripts.
- Cross-departmental collaboration: You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to understand software features and their benefits.
- Research and Development: You will conduct research to stay up to date on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Digital Optimization: You optimize content for SEO and user engagement to increase reach and conversion rates.
- Brand consistency: You ensure a consistent brand image and writing style across all content.
- Analysis: You analyze content performance and continuously optimize content based on feedback and data analysis.
- Content Strategy: You develop and implement content strategies in line with company goals and target audience needs.
- Project Management: You will oversee content projects from conception through completion, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for optimizing content and strategies.
- Innovation: You identify and implement innovative content formats and distribution channels to increase audience engagement.
Your profile:
- A degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and German.
- A passion for content and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in content development.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to a wider audience.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
