Main Responsibilities – Regional Activation & Market Execution
The Regional Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the regional activation of Megger’s marketing strategy, ensuring that marketing activities contribute to commercial funnel generation, brand visibility, and regional marketing KPIs in line with agreed strategy and budgets.
The role focuses on four core areas of regional marketing execution.
The Megger office is located in Aachen. A hybrid working arrangement may be agreed with the selected candidate, depending on business needs and mutual agreement.

After a targeted induction programme, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Event Management
End-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of regional events aligned with Megger’s marketing strategy and commercial priorities.
This includes:
- Trade shows and exhibitions
- Industry seminars and technical events
- Megger Days
- Distributor and partner events
- Technical webinars (native or in cooperation with partners)
Responsibilities include end to end event planning, coordination with internal stakeholders and partners, management of event KPIs, and post-event reporting to ensure activities contribute to lead generation and opportunity funnel.
- Channel Partner Marketing (Co-Op Programmes)
Generation, activation, and monitoring of marketing activities executed jointly with channel partners and distributors.
These partner marketing initiatives may include:
- Sponsorships
- Co-exhibiting at events
- Visibility on partner websites or platforms
- Co-branded literature and promotional assets
- Videos and webinars
- Media packs
- Promotional merchandising
- Other partner marketing initiatives agreed within co-op programmes
The role ensures partner activities align with regional strategy and channel needs, acting as a liaison with partners and distributors while monitoring performance and results to reach Megger business needs.
- Regional Market Activation
Localisation and activation of central marketing campaigns within the region, as well as development and execution of targeted regional initiatives when required.
This includes:
- Implementation of global or central marketing campaigns in the region
- Regional campaign activation (including NPI launches)
- Webinar coordination and promotion
- Influencer collaboration and management
- Media partnership coordination
- Development of bespoke regional campaigns where appropriate
Campaign activities may include newsletters, case studies, website updates, videos, market research initiatives, and other activities designed to increase brand awareness, reach, and relevance within the region.
- Reporting, KPI Management & Regional Coordination
The role contributes to the delivery of regional marketing KPIs by:
- Monitoring marketing activity performance and ROI
- Providing regular reporting on regional marketing activity and results
- Supporting regional marketing KPI tracking and corrective actions where required
- Coordinating with central marketing teams and commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy and budgets.
Your Profile:
Technical Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end event management, including trade shows, seminars, and partner events.
- Experience in B2B marketing campaigns and regional marketing activation.
- Experience working with channel partners and distributor marketing programmes.
- Experience operating within a KPI-driven and data-driven marketing environment.
- Ability to generate, track, and report marketing funnel performance and campaign ROI.
- Experience coordinating regional marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with global strategy.
- Strong ability to analyse campaign and event performance and provide structured reporting.
- Ability to work effectively within defined marketing strategies, structures, and budgets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Language Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in German.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
