After a targeted induction, you will take on the following tasks:
- Creation of inquiries and evaluation of offers
- Procurement of drawing-specific purchasing parts, order processing and deadline monitoring, including dunning procedures
- Project purchasing
- Support and development of suppliers in the German and English-speaking area, as well as sourcing of new suppliers and supplier qualifications
- Project work, including analysis and optimization of purchasing processes
- Control and settlement of supplier conditions
- Complaint processing
- Handling of administrative activities and master data maintenance for purchasing
Your profile:
- Successfully completed technical or commercial training with a technical background
- At least 3 years of professional experience in technical purchasing
- Technical understanding or high interest in technical products
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Committed, motivated and open-minded personality
- Enjoy teamwork in various project teams
- Structured, solution-oriented and careful way of working
