Supply Chain Planner (m/f/d)

As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for the efficient planning, management, and optimization of our end-to-end supply chain. You will ensure material availability, actively support the transition to SAP S/4HANA, and drive the continuous improvement of our planning processes.

After a targeted training, you will take on the following tasks independently:

  • Planning and managing material requirements throughout the entire supply chain
  • Preparation of demand, inventory, and production plans
  • Analysis of forecasts, bottlenecks, and capacities, and identification of appropriate measures
  • Ensuring the availability of materials while taking into account costs, quality, and delivery times
  • Close collaboration with production, purchasing, logistics, quality control, and external suppliers
  • Active involvement in the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, including: validation and
    maintenance of planning master data; participation in testing, process design, and key user tasks;
    support during the go-live and hypercare phases
  • Further development of planning processes and KPIs as part of Operational Excellence
  • Preparation of analyses, reports, and recommendations for action

Your profile:

  • A successfully completed vocational training program in a commercial or technical field, or a degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

  • Professional experience in supply chain planning or scheduling

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally in the context of a migration or in customizing planning processes

  • Proficiency in SAP (MM, PP, APO, or IBP preferred)

  • Strong aptitude for working with data and excellent Excel skills

  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others

  • Proficiency in German and English
