After a targeted training, you will take on the following tasks independently:
- Recording and checking business transactions in accounts payable
- Reconciliation and clarification of accounts and processing of account statements
- Auditing invoices and preparing outgoing payments
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- Temporary processing of accounts receivable accounting
- Communication with internal departments, suppliers, and affiliated companies
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, tax clerk, office management clerk)
- Initial experience in financial accounting or bookkeeping (e.g., through training, career entry, or previous employment)
- Interest in modern ERP systems, ideally initial knowledge of SAP FI
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Independent and conscientious approach to work, as well as team spirit
- Motivation to develop further and get started in an international company
