As a Production Planner (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the efficient planning, management, and scheduling of all production processes. A key focus of your role will be actively supporting the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA—particularly in terms of data migration, process optimization, and the integration of production workflows into the new system.

After a targeted training, you will take on the following tasks independently:
Creation, maintenance, and optimization of production schedules and work orders
Ensuring smooth production while taking into account material availability, capacity, and delivery dates
Monitoring order fulfillment on the shop floor and implementing corrective actions in the event of deviations
Capacity Planning and Bottleneck Management
Close collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain
Active participation in the SAP S/4HANA migration, including: cleaning and maintaining master data (bill of materials, work plans, production resources); participating in tests, workshops, and key user activities; providing support during the go-live and hypercare phases
Further development of production processes, workflows, and KPIs
Preparation of analyses, reports, and recommendations for management
Your profile:
A successfully completed technical or business apprenticeship or degree in production, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Work experience in production or capacity planning
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally in the context of a migration or process design
Proficiency in SAP PP/MM (APO or IBP preferred)
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
A structured, independent, and team-oriented approach to work; strong communication skills and proficiency in German and English
