As a Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) – with a focus on product quality (m/f/d) – you will ensure that quality standards are maintained and continuously improved within the company.

After a targeted training, you will take on the following tasks independently:
Ensuring product quality
Analysis and resolution of customer complaints, including root cause analysis (e.g., 8D reports, Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys)
Monitoring and documenting quality metrics and identifying improvement measures
Coordination and implementation of immediate, corrective, and preventive measures at the customer's site
Support in the implementation of internal audits
Creation, maintenance, and updating of process documentation and documented information
Liaison role between customers, production, shipping, development, purchasing, and internal quality departments
Close collaboration with production, engineering, shipping, purchasing, and external partners
Support with escalation management and ensuring that solutions are found quickly on-site
Continuous improvement of product quality based on field data and customer feedback
Preparation of Quality Reports
Your profile:
A completed technical or science-related education or degree (e.g., quality management, engineering)
Several years of professional experience in quality assurance
In-depth knowledge of quality methods and problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
Experience in complaint management and dealing with international customers
Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001)
Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with CAQ systems
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a confident and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
Proficiency in German and English
