You will ensure that our test equipment and cable measurement vehicles meet the highest quality standards before they are delivered to our customers. Through your thorough pre- and final inspections, you will ensure the functionality, safety, and quality of our products. In doing so, you will work closely with the Assembly, Development, and Service departments, document your results, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes. After a targeted induction, you will take on the following tasks:
- Independently conducting preliminary and final inspections of our products—ranging from assemblies and test equipment to complex measurement systems and cable measurement carts up to 150 kV—using standardized testing procedures.
- Troubleshooting & Analysis: Using your technical expertise, you identify and analyze errors in automated measurement systems and resolve them on your own.
- Assistance with the final stages of the facility's completion prior to handover to the customer
- Preparation of test reports and certificates
- Contributing to the further development of our systems and the optimization of processes
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the electrical field, e.g., Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems (m/f/d) or Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) with a focus on electrical engineering
- Training to become a state-certified technician (m/f/d) (electrical engineering/energy engineering) or a qualification as a master electrician is desirable.
- Experience in the assembly and installation of electronic modules and devices is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading circuit diagrams, drawings, and technical documentation
- Experience in wiring electronic assemblies and in using measurement and testing equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and reliability
