After a targeted training, you will take on the following tasks independently:
- Responsibility for technical leadership in the area of C++/Qt software development
- Planning and implementation of software architectures, as well as continuous optimization of development processes
- Definition and implementation of quality standards, best practices, and development guidelines
- Supporting the team with technical and methodological issues
- Close collaboration with product management and other departments to define technical requirements
- Management and implementation of software projects, including CI/CD, code reviews, and testing
- Active involvement in software development, including the implementation, integration, and testing of applications
Your profile:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in object-oriented software development using C++ and Qt
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and databases
- Experience with version control systems, bug tracking, and CI/CD processes
- Management experience or a strong ability to provide technical leadership and coordinate teams
- A strong commitment to quality, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent German skills and a good command of English
