After a targeted training, you will take on the following tasks independently:
- Carrying out technical product demonstrations & supporting our trainers during product training sessions
- Answering technical questions with a focus on the handling of our products and application-relevant topics
- Accompanying and carrying out customer acceptance tests, e.g. of cable test vans
- Preparation of practice and application reports
- Participation and co-design of webinars and similar formats
- Collaboration on the solution of technical problems in cooperation with various specialist departments, e.g. Product Management, Research & Development etc.
- Documentation of support processes and maintenance of the knowledge database
Your profile:
- Completed studies or technician in the field of electrical engineering, alternatively an electrical engineering apprenticeship with several years of relevant professional experience in the field of cable measurement technology, especially in the field of cable fault location, testing and/or diagnosis
- Team player who can work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to travel: national and international (approx. 25%)
- Very good knowledge of German & good knowledge of English, other languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable way
- Experience in technical schools or a similar technical function is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality, solution-oriented action, initiative
