Your responsibilities:
Your specific responsibilities will depend on the final topic of your bachelor's or master's thesis.
Possible areas of focus include:
- Analysis and optimization of existing production, assembly, or logistics processes in an industrial setting
- Collaboration on projects related to efficiency improvement, standardization, digitization, or process improvement
- Processing, analyzing, and documenting data, as well as deriving practical recommendations for action
You'll be a great fit for us if you have the following:
- Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Interest in production processes, industrial engineering, lean management, process optimization, or digitalization
- Analytical thinking and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of data analysis, process modeling, or lean methods is a plus
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work well with others, and a desire to contribute your own ideas
- Enjoyment in applying theoretical knowledge to practical solutions
- Motivation to develop further and get started in an international company
