In this role, you will play a key part in deploying and embedding the Megger Excellence System (MES) across commercial and operational functions. You will work cross-functionally to standardise, optimise, and automate business processes, enabling scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the Megger Group.

Your tasks:
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of business workflows and develop process maps, SOPs, and performance metrics.
- Identify inefficiencies, waste, and improvement opportunities using Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Implement standard work, scalable processes, and automation to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor project progress, benefits realisation, and ROI.
MES Deployment & Capability Building
- Develop and execute a continuous improvement roadmap in collaboration with the Master Black Belt.
- Support the evolution of the Megger Excellence System, including visual management and audit actions.
- Deliver training and coaching to commercial operations teams on CI principles and methodologies.
- Build and maintain project roadmaps, improvement plans, and KPI dashboards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, IT, and RPA teams to prioritise and deliver improvement initiatives.
- Act as a change agent to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
- Support global standardisation of business processes where possible through automation.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organisation.
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational or technical training, e.g. as a production technologist or a state-certified technician, or a comparable qualification.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt) is preferred.
- Proven experience in process improvement within a production, commercial, or customer-facing environment.
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ERP commercial processes and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is desirable.
- Professional proficiency in German and English
